The FBI is still finishing an analysis that looks at warning signs and events that led up to the deadly attack at Umpqua Community College.

Friday marks six months since a gunman opened fire on a classroom at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg.

Townspeople say they are still learning what the new normal is two months after the deadly shooting at Umpqua Community College that killed nine people.

The Umpqua Community College campus reopened last week, but Monday marks the first day of classes since the Oct. 1 shooting. Volunteers and comfort dogs will be on hand to provide support.

Umpqua Community College student Treven Anspach, 20, was a star basketball player from Sutherlin, Oregon.

Friends and family say Sarena Moore, 44, was defined by her incredible capacity for love and her infectious positive attitude.  

The nine victims who died in the Umpqua Community College mass shooting on Oct. 1 were an eclectic mix of talented students, parents and lovers of life.

Rogue Community College will host a candlelight vigil tonight to honor everyone affected by the mass shooting at Umpqua Community College. Other community colleges will host concurrent vigils.
