Portland'S Toxic Air Problem

A key health report on air quality near Bullseye Glass has pushed back to 2018 as the company launches a federal case against the state.

The company's lawsuit claims Oregon regulators inappropriately targeted the art glass maker.

Portland-based glass maker Uroboros announced Wednesday it will discontinue operations in 2017 barring its sale, according to a news release.
