  • Oregon Senator Sara Gelser joins us to talk about her experience with sexual harassment at the state capitol. And we talk to Gordon Friedman, reporter with The Oregonian/Oregonlive.com about Oregon Senator Jeff Kruse, and the removal of his committee assignments by Senate President Peter Courtney.
  • Sagebrush grows all over the high desert plains of Eastern Oregon. But it turns out it's not that easy to grow the plant — especially on land that's been devastated by fires. So an Oregon nonprofit has teamed up with the Department of Corrections to train prisoners to grow sagebrush from seed. We speak with Jessie Brothers, the coordinator of the program, and to Gerald Strebendt, a former prisoner.
  • A recent appeals court ruling in Washington found that a homeless person had an expectation of privacy under state law when police looked inside his tarp shelter. In Oregon, a similar case turned up a different ruling. We hear from law professor Carrie Leonetti about how privacy laws apply to the homeless.
