• Gov. Kate Brown has declared a state of emergency due to severe winter weather all over Oregon. We'll check in on conditions across the state.

• People without homes are hit particularly hard when the weather is bad. We hear from Martha McLennan, the executive director of NW Housing Alternatives, following the recent deaths of four people experiencing homelessness in the Portland area. And we hear from Chair of the Multnomah County Commission Deborah Kafoury.

• Local clown Michael O'Neill tells us about the premiere of his new play, William Shakespeare's Fools, and about his work performing in disaster-torn places for Clowns Without Borders.
