- We explore the scathing, in-depth audit of Oregon Office of Child Welfare, which found that overwork and systemic mismanagement are endangering some of Oregon's most vulnerable children. Our guests are Jamie Ralls, Audit Manager at the Secretary of State's audit division; Fariborz Pakseresht, director of the Department of Human Services; and Marilyn Jones, DHS Child Welfare director. We're also joined by Richard Wexler, executive director of the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform , who shares what's worked in other states around the country to improve outcomes for vulnerable children.
