On Thursday, the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) voted on a sweeping host of temporary rules to regulate the state's retail marijuana industry.

The rules, which go into effect January 1, prohibit the sale of medical and recreational marijuana under the same roof. They also place restrictions on production limits and define regulations around marijuana delivery services, among other things.

The 77-page list of rules will be revisited and made permanent in late June, after a 180-day comment period.
