To water or not to water? That is the question. To let your lawn go brown and dormant, or to keep it green with sprinklers and hoses? This question has new urgency in this dry summer with two thirds of Oregon counties in drought. Water restrictions are already in effect in some dryer places around the state and water usage is a hot topic everywhere.
If you have a lawn where you live, are you watering it? What about other plants? Have you noticed your neighbors' watering habits?
