A rollover semi-truck crash on Interstate 5 at Interstate 405 closed all exit lanes at the interchange during the Wednesday morning commute, including all northbound lanes to I-405 and all city center exits.
The Oregon Department of Transportation announced just after 11 a.m. that the crash was cleared and all lanes of the freeway were open again.

Portland Fire & Rescue reported the crash just before 6 a.m. and said debris was strewn across all lanes of the roadway.
The Oregon Department of Transportation also temporarily closed the southbound I-5 exit to I-405 to clean up the mess. The closures lasted through the morning commute.
Portland police said debris from the crash fell below the freeway onto Southwest Harbor Lane. Police and Portland Bureau of Transportation crews responded to the scene to help with cleanup.
No injuries were reported. Officials said the road was wet at the time of the crash, but there was no indicator of ice on the freeway.
