You’ve probably heard of famous Northwest volcanoes like Mount St. Helens or Mount Hood. But did you know the region’s most active volcano is at the bottom of the ocean, 300 miles off the Oregon Coast?
Scientists have been studying the Axial Seamount for decades. They predict it’ll erupt again in 2025.
