When ballots start arriving the week of Oct. 15, voters in Oregon and Southwest Washington will face a wave of big questions.
They’ll pick a new slate of leaders under a new form of government in Portland. They’ll help decide which party controls the U.S. House in two swing districts north and south of the Columbia River. And they’ll decide on a ballot measure that would give every Oregonian about $1,600 a year by taxing businesses.
OPB’s political team taped a special live episode of “OPB Politics Now” this week. They dove deep into all these topics and more.
