Biden addresses the nation on the anniversary of the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and congressional Democrats will commemorate the one-year anniversary of the deadly attack on the U.S. Capitol on Thursday.

Supporters of then-President Trump stormed the building after a rally at the White House to protest the 2020 election certification.

Biden is scheduled to address the nation at 6 a.m. PST.
