The pandemic has been a time of unprecedented need and unprecedented financial support. The Oregon Community Foundation is the state’s largest philanthropic organization. It doubled its giving last year. The money it distributes includes support for housing, education, health, arts and emergency response. We talk about this with Max Williams, OCF’s President and CEO.
