Portland City Commissioner Dan Ryan on housing and homelessness

Portland City Commissioner Dan Ryan is now in charge of the Housing Bureau. He is also the commissioner in charge of the city and county’s Joint Office of Homeless Services. Ryan talks with us about his vision for tackling some of the most entrenched problems facing Portlanders, especially those who are experiencing homelessness.
