The majority of Portland voters did not vote for Mayor Ted Wheeler last week. In fact, he won the election by the smallest vote margin in a mayoral general election in more than a generation. Wheeler says the lesson he takes from the election is that people are ready for change. We talk to the mayor about bureau assignments, police reform and how he will judge his own success in the next four years.
