We talk to long time activist Stacy Bannerman about her latest book. She tells her own story, being married to and caring for her veteran husband who struggled with PTSD and drug addiction. She also details other military families who have suffered mental illness, suicide and other trauma.
Bannerman points out the concept of the "homefront" is radically different in the recent Iraq and Afghanistan wars, compared with previous conflicts including WWII and even the Vietnam and Korean wars.
