For lots of families, Thanksgiving day revolves around Thanksgiving dinner. Depending on your tradition, a cook can spend an entire day on the meal — much more if you count event planning and shopping for the menu.
On this Thanksgiving day, we thought we’d take the opportunity to bring together a few women who do a lot of cooking: professional chefs. Cathy Whims, Naomi Pomeroy and Jen Datka joined us to talk about the restaurant industry and the business of cooking for a living.
