Dante James has been the director of Portland's Office of Equity and Human Rights since 2012, shortly after the bureau was created by the city council in 2011. He joins us to to talk about the city's equity priorities and how the office is approaching those goals. He'll also discuss what he hopes to bring to and from Oakland when he goes there next month to help the city set up its own office of equity.
