Finding the Joy is OPB’s series of interviews asking Oregonians what they find funny, what gives them joy, and to describe a person or thing they take inspiration from.
Mona Jones is a self-described “recovering comedian.” She is currently a graduate student studying couple and family therapy. She says capybaras are inherently funny —they have resting grumpy face. Jones finds joy in fat babies, and is inspired by herself.
