With hospitalizations on the rise, 15 Oregon counties head to ‘extreme risk’ category

On Tuesday, Oregon Gov. Kate Brown announced that 15 counties will move to the state’s COVID-19 “extreme risk” category, effective Friday. Patrick Allen, the director of the Oregon Health Authority, gives details.
