How hybrid instruction is working for Pacific Northwest school districts

Nearly a year after she ordered public schools to close due to COVID-19, Oregon Gov. Kate Brown has issued an order for them to return to in-person learning. The order requires public schools to transition to in-person instruction through either fully on-site education or a hybrid model that includes distance learning as well. OPB education reporter Elizabeth Miller has been looking into how the hybrid model is working in Oregon and Washington schools. She joins us.
