OHA also reported two new coronavirus-related deaths Friday, bringing the state’s total deaths to 675.

The record-breaking case numbers come the same day Oregon Gov. Kate Brown and other state officials announced new guidelines for public schools, potentially reopening more schools to in-person instruction.
