She invented her own process from scratch and became a patent-holding inventor as well as head of a successful mosaic workshop. She creates her tiles by hand, and uses them for realistic images and abstract patterns.

- Greg Congleton grew up on a ranch in Eastern Oregon, got a degree in business and had his own business. But he never forgot how much he enjoyed art in high school and, in his 50's, he decided to take a sculpting class. A mere two years later, his work was selling in major galleries. Since his career change, Greg has enjoyed much success as a sculptor and was named artist of the month at the High Desert Museum/Praegitzer Gallery in Bend.
