Dave's Killer Bread just sold to Flower Foods for about $275 million.

If regulators approve the sale of the Milwaukie-based company to Flowers Foods, co-founder Dave Dahl estimates he’ll get about $55 million.

The brand will keep Dahl’s image and name on the bread, but he will no longer have ties to the company. So what is Dahl, who is diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and is a self-described addict, going to do with all that money and all that time? He spoke with OPB’s John Sepulvado.
